Ceramics

Ceramika..

Ceramics .. So far I have forgotten about.
I've always been a fan of white, classic tableware and derogation recognized only in the cups.
Although I could enjoy good design, also in this field, however, always ended up admiring ... until now.
Since the kitchen and cooking became closer to me, I wanted to surround with beautiful things there and give my creative cuisine in an interesting plates. For now, small steps, is still white.
It turns out that it doesnt have to be boring and predictable. It may surprise form and graphics :)

Azulejo

To właśnie one głównie zwróciły moją uwagę.
Azulejo to cienkie ceramiczne płytki, najczęściej kwadratowe, pokryte nieprzepuszczalnym i błyszczącym szkliwem.

Spanish Square in Seville. Beautiful place, with outstanding size and colorfulness.
Square cuts the artificial river, with four scenic bridges.
The main attraction are 48 Spanish provinces with maps and illustrations of major events.
We can see the coat of arms, maps of cities, and on the wall - the most important events in history.
Places are separated by stone benches, and all the walls covered with colorful ceramic tiles azulejos.
They mainly caught my attention.
Azulejos ceramic tiles are thin, usually square, covered with an impermeable and glossy enamel.
They were used as part of mosaics consisting of multiple, sometimes more than a few thousand items, covering the whole of the walls, and a separate decorative compositions.

Spanish atmosphere

Trip to Andalusia.
How  inspiring!
Beautiful streets, colorful houses with facades in various shades of red, rust, blue, yellow, orange and white.
Lovely Spanish ceramics, decoreted almost every building
All bathed in sunlight and rhythms of flamenco.

Wycieczka po Andaluzji.
Jakże inspirująca!
Piękne uliczki, kolorowe domy z fasadami w różnych odcieniach czerwieni, niebieskiego, pomarańczowego i białego.
Cudowna hiszpańska ceramika, zdobiąca  prawie na każdy budynek.
Wszystko skąpane w słońcu i rytmach flamenco.

Flea market

A place where hide true treasures. Thrown or forgotten by someone.
It's also a great place to exchange things. The ones we don't need another make a lot of fun.
Definitely a favorite place to shop for home.
A few pictures of my summer trip to the flea market.

I have some more detailed pictures for you.
